I have eighteen years work experience, the last six focused as a user experience and usability practitioner (with specific knowledge in client relationship management software).  I am a Senior Business Analyst with a global Swiss investment bank, working in a horizontal IT department.

My strengths are in user-centred design, multi-tasking, organisation, creativity combined with methodical and analytical approaches.  I am ambitious, dedicated and detail-orientated person, with an attentive and amiable personality.

I am a HFI Certified Usability Analyst, Part Qualified CIMA accountant with AAT, IAQ and PRINCE2 foundation.  I have studied part-time, since 2007, for an Open University BSc (Honours) Computing and Design, having already gained a Diploma in Design & Innovation (distinction grade) and Certificate in Information Technology & Computing.
